Aaron Kohlhapp:
II have been involved in aquatics since I was 16 years old. I have worked my way up through various management positions, starting as a lifeguard and eventually becoming the Aquatic Director at a well-known fitness club. Growing up around lakes and pools in Wisconsin has fueled my passion for aquatics and water.
I hold multiple certifications from the Red Cross, including Lifeguard Instructor Trainer, Water Safety Instructor Trainer, and CPR/AED Instructor Trainer, along with several entry-level certifications. Additionally, I have been certified as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) for six years, and I am also a CPO Instructor.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time at the lake, as well as hunting and fishing. I am also an avid runner.
Kimberly Vandervest:
Growing up, I was drawn to the water. My parents couldn't keep me out of it, and I spent every free moment playing in the pool or swimming in a lake.
In high school, I joined the swim team and quickly rose to the varsity level. I was proud to serve as captain of the team. After graduating from high school, I took a break from competitive swimming to pursue a different career.
However, I always knew that I would return to the water. I love being in the water, and it feels like home. To that end, I earned multiple certifications from the Red Cross, including Lifeguard Instructor, Water Safety Instructor, and CPR/AED trainer. I also hold my CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification, along with my CPO-Instructor certification.
My love of the water extends beyond the pool. I love to swim, fish, hunt, play sports, and garden. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and spending time with my family.
